The Lummus
524(g) Asbestos PI Trust was organized
to process, liquidate, and pay all valid asbestos personal injury
claims for which ABB Lummus Global Inc. has legal responsibility. The Trust was created in 2006
as a result of the confirmation of the
ABB Lummus Global Inc. Chapter 11 Joint Plan of Reorganization (the "Plan"). The purpose of
the Trust is to provide fair, equitable and substantially similar
treatment for all PI Trust claims that may presently exist or may
arise in the future in substantially the same manner.
